After traversing the whole country by bus, subway and boat we ended up in Palau Ubin, a small island between Singapore and Malaysia. It is a great place to ride bikes, drink strong coffee, wait out thunderstorms and see lots of WILDlife (and hopefully not get dengue). It was a pleasant distraction from big city life.
